At Liion Wholesale, we stand behind the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened electronics and battery products. Please note that for safety reasons, batteries that have been charged or discharged cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and specific details regarding the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all batteries are insulated to prevent short-circuiting during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping Labels

  Affix the provided RMA number clearly to the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated wholesale distribution center using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
