Yes, we source directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors. Every batch is tested in-house to ensure capacity and discharge rates meet the official specifications before they are listed for sale.
What is your shipping policy for lithium-ion batteries?
Due to federal regulations, lithium batteries must be shipped via ground transportation (UPS or FedEx Ground). We comply with all DOT and IATA safety packaging standards to ensure your order arrives safely.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Absolutely. We specialize in volume orders for businesses and hobbyists. Tiered pricing is available on each product page, and for large-scale industrial orders, you can contact our sales team for a custom quote.
What is your return policy on electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, batteries that have been soldered, cycled, or damaged through improper use cannot be returned.
How do I know which battery is right for my device?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Due to strict international hazardous materials regulations, we are unable to ship lithium cells to other countries at this time.
